General information and delivery conditions

Delivery program:
The products shown in this catalog are part of our extensive stock program. We endeavor to keep a reasonable stock of these products for you at all times and to add further items on an ongoing basis.Unfortunately, we reserve the right to make changes to the type, number and quantities of items in stock. In addition to the articles shown here, we can of course supply you with a large number of other profiles, mats and sheets, as well as products made from these according to your individual specifications. Please make a specific enquiry.

Business hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 16:30
Friday from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 12:30 to 15:30

Delivery times:
If possible, we deliver stock items immediately, subject to prior sale and change. There is no general obligation to keep stock at all times.

Terms of delivery:
We only supply commercial customers. Deliveries within Germany are free of charge from a net goods value of EUR 1,000. Deliveries abroad and deliveries with a net value of less than EUR 1,000 shall be made carriage forward. Partial deliveries arranged by the customer shall be made carriage forward. Delivery shall be made by a parcel service or a forwarding agent of our choice.

Minimum position value:
Deliveries are made from a net goods value of EUR 30.00 per item. We deliver abroad from a minimum goods value per item of EUR 100.

Samples:
We will send quality samples on request, if available. We do not return samples sent to us.

Return deliveries:
Return deliveries will not be accepted without our consent. Should a return delivery be necessary, this must be notified in advance and approved by us. We do not accept returns of self-adhesive goods!

Recommendations:
The technical application instructions and information are provided to the best of our knowledge. They do not exempt the user from checking the suitability of all products supplied by us for the intended use. Technical information is based on average values under special installation conditions and serves only as non-binding information for your own tests! We reserve the right to make technical changes.

Tools:
Tool and development costs are only shown on a pro rata basis. If we do not receive approval for series production within 3 months of sending a drawing-compliant approval sample, we shall be entitled to charge the difference to the full tool and development costs.

AGB:
All deliveries shall only be made in accordance with our “General Terms and Conditions”:/en/agb/. Any other terms and conditions of purchase shall not be recognized.
